FOOD INSTITUTE UNFOLDS 2 NEW PROJECTS AND 14 LICENSED PRODUCTS

As part of the projects, standardized food supplements will be developed from sage, echinacea, olive leaf and artichoke leaf. After the development phase and completion of large scale production studies, 14 licensed products will be added to Turkish economy. These projects will also contribute to the enhancement of the recognition of TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute in food supplement development.

The client enterprise will be responsible for the transfer of project results into practice as well as the production and commercialization of the products developed.
