MycoTWIN - Food Safety 4EU JOINT WORKING GROUP MEETING WAS HELD

The 1. Working Group Meeting of the project “MycoTWIN - Enhancing Research and Innovation Capacity of TUBITAK MRC Food Institute on Management of Mycotoxigenic Fungi and Mycotoxins” which was approved within the scope of the EU H2020-WIDESPREAD-2020-5 Twinning Call under the coordination of TUBITAK MRC Food Institute was held with the cooperation of TUBITAK MRC and CNR-ISPA on 23rd of June, 2021.

Participants from CNR-ISPA (National Research Council – Institute of Science of Food Production - İtaly), UV (University of Valencia - Spain), APRE (The Agency for the Promotion of European Research - İtaly) and from several institutes and departments of TUBITAK MRC attended to the meeting.  Information and experiences were shared on EU project management, administrative and financial issues and preparing proposals for Horizon Europe calls. Moreover, the future of food safety research in Europe, regulations and future needs were also discussed at the meeting.
