The workshop started with the introduction and acquaintance of all participants, which was followed by the evaluation of the program content and collaboration opportunities. After the first session, training activities were held by lecturers both from TUBITAK and other institutions. Then, the participants from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Kosovo, Mongolia and Ukraine made their country and institution presentations. Alongside theoretical sessions and laboratory practices, the program also featured a cultural visit to Istanbul and a technical visit to the Food Control Laboratory of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock in Bursa.
