As TÜBİTAK MRC Food Institute, we participated one of the biggest events in food sector, Food Ingredients – Fi Istanbul on 4-6 May 2016. Dr. İncinur Hasbay, gave a speech about salt reduction, recent technological approaches in the world and in Turkey and consumer preferences in the “Debating approaches to salt reduction” panel.
