MycoTWIN - Food Safety 4EU Joint Working Group Meeting Held

The 1st Working Group Meeting of the project “MycoTWIN - Enhancing Research And Innovation Capacity of TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute on Management of Mycotoxigenic Fungi and Mycotoxins” which was approved within the scope of the EU H2020-WIDESPREAD-2020-5 Twinning Call under the coordination of TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute, was held in cooperation with TÜBİTAK MAM and CNR-ISPA on the 23rd of June 2021.

The meeting was attended by participants from CNR ISPA (National Research Council – Institute of Science of Food Production- Italy), UV (University of Valencia - Spain), APRE (The Agency for the Promotion of European Research - Italy), and the institutes and units of TÜBİTAK MAM, especially from TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute. In the meeting, the participants discussed the executive, administrative and financial operations of the EU project, the proposal preparation matters for Horizon Europe calls, the future of food safety research in Europe, the regulations and the needs in the future.
