BacFoodNet is a COST action chaired by TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute and involves 62 institutions from 30 countries all over the world. The objective of BacFoodNet is to enable the development/promotion of targeted solutions for controlling risks associated with persistent bacteria and biofilms in the food industry. It involves a multidisciplinary network which will expand our knowledge on colonization and persistence, validate/identify appropriate methods for monitoring colonisation patterns, and re-evaluate the known and emerging intervention methods.
